Growing and Witnessing

Those who have placed their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ have been adopted into the family of the God. This new identity changes things for each of us who've trusted Christ. We discuss what it looks like to live as God's children from 1 John 3:1-10.

Do you rejoice in the Lord? The righteous ones will rejoice in him because he has been good to them and is worthy of their praise. He is the one who delivers them when they call upon him. He is the one who wins all his and their battles by his mighty hand.

God is distinct from us and he reveals that distinction through his Word by showing us his attributes. We discuss four of these attributes in this session of our Theology for Life program. They are: self-existence, Unchangeability, Infinity, and Simplicity of Being. Join us.

How do we pray for our leaders? is a question we should ask regularly, especially in our contentious and extreme times. Our politics dominate our lives, or at least it seems that way. It can be incredibly frustrating. Therefore, it's imperative that we pause to pray for our political leaders regularly. But, how do we do it? The Bible gives us some answers. Gos exists as Trinity, which means he is one Gos who exists in three persons. This is hard to comprehend, but not hard to believe given that the Bible clearly reveals God in this way. His eternal relational nature means that he loves us and pursues us for relationship.
