Will our pets be in Heaven? Will there be an Internet connection? Will we be bored in eternity after a while? Our panel of ministry staff took the stage to answer these questions and more that were submitted throughout the month of our Heaven series.

What can we know about Heaven? Is it a physical place? Will we have an awareness of what’s happening on Earth while we’re there? What can we look forward to? We talk about these questions and more this third week of our Heaven series.

Are you filled with a longing for perfection, certainty, security, and ultimate fulfillment that nothing on earth will satisfy? The new Heaven and new Earth will be your best earth location perfected; it will be glory fulfilled.

Death is a guarantee in this world but Heaven is our hope; it is the reason we go on, a gift freely given. Does your life look like you are living with hope and if so, are you willing to share the hope that you have?

How does your hope of the future affect your present? How does the promise of eternity drive your everyday decision-making? Salvation is a free and secure gift but our future in heaven is affected by what we do here on earth; the hope of heaven should motivate us to live in a way that will encourage others to pursue this assurance of the perfect and eternal final destination.

Children are a critical, irreplaceable part of God's plan for the present and future.

Are you leading a life worthy of your calling? Does your life reflect that you love God and love others? The 'Church', as in the people not the building, is the hope of the world.

We need Jesus flowing through us to show love and to do good in this world; this is why we need to draw near to Jesus and our brothers and sisters in Christ.

What happens when we physically meet together? Christianity isn’t meant to be a singular experience; God’s power manifests when we gather together.

How do we navigate changes in our lives? We need to hear God. As we prepare to re-enter our church building next week, let's do so with clarity and confidence about the character of God and lean into what He says above all the noise.

The love story of Hosea is really a love story between God and us. When we are away from God’s presence, we don’t experience God’s love, which makes us more susceptible to the lies the enemy tells us about ourselves and our worth. You will not be disappointed in drawing near to your Heavenly Father; His love for you is undeniable, unconditional, and redeeming.

How would you feel if your life’s purpose was to deliver a message that nobody wanted to hear? Despite incredible persecution and suffering, Jeremiah continued to proclaim God’s truth as his mission with persistent faith; he held tightly to the fact that God always keeps His promises.

Even though he made some poor decisions, King David was called 'a man after God's own heart' because of his genuine repentance and acknowledgement of the sin in his life. We are all broken people and forever in process of growing in relationship with God and becoming more sensitive to His will and His heart. We can look at periods of suffering and think that our life’s purpose is being delayed. Be encouraged that God doesn't waste anything that you are going through. As seen through the life of Joseph, God can redeem your adversity into thriving character growth.

Are you guilty of taking God's promises into your own hands? Do you ever doubt that He will come through on time? Like Abraham, our best response to a 'seemingly' delayed timeline is to hold tight to the faith that God's plan is perfect.

What is your hope placed in? How well does that hope hold up when hard times hit? We can learn a lot from the story of Job about suffering and about who God is in the midst of our troubles. One thing we can be sure of, God will never disappoint us.

The mother's heart that we celebrate, prize, and praise is actually a direct reflection of the heart of God. God wants all of us to emulate, reflect, and His character; mothers are a tangible porthole to lead us to follow that example.

Only one thing is stopping you from fully receiving and experiencing God’s peace: you. His peace is perfect, it’s a gift, and it’s not dependent on outcome or circumstance.

Do you find it difficult to conjure faith during difficult times? Any relationship requires trust to thrive and to grow; trust requires a continual curiosity and commitment to getting to know the other person. Maybe it’s time to look into how you can further invest in a relationship with a Heavenly Father who loves you. His will isn’t always easy but it’s always good.

The more we focus on ourselves, the more we are enslaved to our fickle and fleeting emotions; it's easy to resort to a mindset of self-preservation when life feels out of our control. Don't be mistaken, we have a role to play in ending sin and suffering; we have not only been blessed to bless others, we have been commanded to do so.

Did you know that we can speak to God and He will speak to us? We have been given access to the inner sanctuary; nothing can separate us from the love of God. So what's stopping us from entering and spending time in His presence?

Suffering is never wasted. God has overcome evil and He has given us the tools to overcome. Here are 10 ways to optimize character growth during times of hardship and suffering.
