We worship God when we trust Him in every situation. “Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits” (Psalm 103:2).

We worship God when we are reverent. “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground” (Exodus 3:5).

We worship God when we thank Him for His protection. “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord” (Psalm 150:6).

God still loves us and will forgive us if we are truly sorry when we do something wrong. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness”(1 John 1:9).

The Sabbath is God’s special gift to us. “God blessed the seventh day and made it holy” (Genesis 2:3).

God surrounds me with His gifts of love. “God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27).

“God is love” is written upon all He made. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Genesis 1:1).

God can guide our lives just as He guided the Wise Men and Jesus’ parents. “My God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19).

Jesus gives me joy and hope. “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests” (Luke 2:14).

Jesus is God’s special gift to me. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

God’s gifts of love fill me with hope and joy. “The Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name” (Luke 1:49).

I serve God when I help others understand His Word. “But the Lord said to me, ‘Do not say, “I am too young.” You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you’ ”(Jeremiah 1:7).

I can serve God wherever I am. “Let your speech always be with grace, . . . that you may know how you ought to answer each one” (Colossians 4:6, NKJV).

I serve God when I help people in need. “God . . . : You have given me wisdom and power” (Daniel 2:23).

I serve God when I choose to be healthy. “So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31).

I serve God when I help my friends make good choices. “I have chosen the way of faithfulness;I have set my heart on your laws” (Psalm 119:30).

I will listen and answer when God speaks to me. “Speak, Lord,for your servant is listening” (1 Samuel 3:9).

God loves me and can work with me even though I make mistakes. “Create in me a pure heart, O God” (Psalm 51:10).

God can use me when I trust Him. “I can do all this through him who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13).

We respect leaders God has placed in authority. “Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of believers, fear God, honor the emperor” (1 Peter 2:17).

I worship God with my offerings.“I will sacrifice a freewill offering to you; I will praise your name, O Lord, for it is good” (Psalm 54:6, NIV).

I worship God when I thank Him for Christian role models. “Do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord” (2 Timothy 1:8).

I worship God when I study my Bible every day. “[The Bereans] received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true” (Acts 17:11).

I worship God when I praise Him no matter what happens. “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God” (Acts 16:25).

I worship God in my daily, quiet prayer time. “Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed” (Luke 5:16).
