Grace & Joy!

Written as a flow of consciousness one night after a train home late from Truro. Straight out, a few mins. The words from a commuter about papier-mâché ... led to a poem, a glued-together observation on certain relationships perhaps... No intention, no 'thinking' really, just a flow.. - and the surreal yet everyday noticing - of a man and his box of 'Finest Medjool Dates'...and...

An intuitive poem, written in a few mins, whilst sitting with a hedgerow :)   Walking across fields and then sitting with the hedgerow, looking up at the sky, the grasses, fine-liner fronds... thoughts like teasels... and the elements of the hedgerow mirrored a mind state x 'Let nature transform pains into colours, and species ancient, harmonious and rare... and common.' ...................
