The original church, the Acts 2 community began with a call to repentance and faith in Jesus evidenced through baptism. We consider the beauty of the gospel together today.

We begin our REAL Community series by considering the God given need for community. God gave us family and an extended faith family to grow in relationship with Him. Acts 2 shows us this beautiful truth.

In looking at Matthew 5:13-16, Jesus words of being "Salt and Light" the question arises... what does He mean? Was Jesus giving the church a "Cultural Mandate"? Is Jesus encouraging us to influence the "Common Good"? Well, meaning is found in context. We consider the eternal positional truth of being overcomers by faith in Jesus. Jesus is the ultimate victor and overcomer and by faith in Him we are too! But today we seek to make this positional truth practical to our daily experience. Grab your Bible and join us in Psalm 46!

Continuing to consider the names and titles that believers are called - today we consider the beautiful truth that - God has made us Masterpieces! Or rather as we discuss - "The Master's Piece!"

If you know who you are then you know what you are to be doing. Identity gives us purpose! Today, we look at the designation of being an Ambassador for Jesus Christ... wonderful privileges and great responsibilities go with being Jesus' official envoys in this foreign land.

We begin our summer series called, "Who Do You Think You Are?" The answer to that question reveals the blessings in your life and the responsibilities that go with it. Today, we consider... "I Am A Disciple!" Looking into this word we discover that discipleship with Jesus is more like an apprenticeship.

Finishing the book of Titus - the Apostle Paul closes with a strong reminder for God's people "to devote themselves to good works..." Titus 3:8,14 Today we consider the role "Good Works" play in our relationship with God... the role "Good Works" play in our salvation.

Paul instructs, God's people, how they are to live in an ungodly world for Christ. Today, we consider what it means for us living today in the USA. What does it mean to be a godly citizen for Christ today?

Finishing the "Ethical Exhortations" in Titus 2, we end with the Master/Slave - Employer/Employee instructions as how to "adorn" the Gospel. A very necessary and practical teaching on the theology of "WORK". This could change the way you view your "job"!

In Titus 2 we continue with the ethical portion of how God's people are to live to honor God, His word, and "adorn" the Gospel of Grace. Today the topic is "Younger Men"... are to be "self-controlled" in a culture that is out of control.

The Apostle Paul, next, tells Titus to have the Older Women help the Young Women manage their primary relationships - Husband and Children - in a way that honors God and His word. Challenging teaching in our day and age... but the key to a happy and healthy home.

Titus continues with the instruction on how God's people are to live godly lives that "Adorn" the Gospel of God. Today, we consider the instruction to "Older Women" - They are to live out their identity in Jesus by being mature mentor's in the lives of younger women.

Looking at the very practical section of Titus on godly living... today we begin by considering "older men". The ethical admonitions are not to perfection but perseverance. That adorns the beauty of God's truth and makes the gospel attractive.

Our annual look back at what God has been doing in our midst and a look toward the future at what we believe He wants to do here at Grace Church. Praise the LORD!

Looking at the importance of living out a life of sound doctrine through good works... Matt Duranske gives an overview of Paul's words to Titus 1:10-2:15. The gospel of God's grace changes our lives in such powerfully good ways that our very lives "adorn" the gospel and make it attractive to those who are in need of a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In Part 3 of "Appointing Godly Leaders" we look at the remaining qualification for the Elder candidate called to lead God's people in the local church... devotion to God's Word! Godly character and a firm grip on God's word are what Paul tells Titus the men should have that he places in leadership over God's people.

We finish our Easter series by looking at being "Salt and Light" in the lives of people who need a relationship with Jesus. Eat, Pray, Love: and as the relationship is built we invite and connect people to Grace Church to "Belong" so that they can journey to "Believe" and receive Jesus in New Birth.

Looking at the historical evidence behind our Christian faith. The reality is, it actually takes more faith NOT to "believe" in the person, death, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth than it does to "believe" it.

Easter 2017 - Using "The Case for Christ" as our Easter series backdrop today we hear from Lee Strobel as he shares his impressions of the movie based upon his salvation story. Drawing a few thoughts we apply the grace of God to ourselves.

Using the "Case for Christ" movie as a backdrop for our Easter message series, we begin by "Investigating" some challenges people face in their journey to fully embracing Jesus by faith.

The Apostle Paul instructs Titus to "observe" the relationships of potential elders. It is through a man's relationship with his wife, children, others and the Word of God that you will see whether or not he can lead the church. Good litmus test for church leaders!

As Titus rolls out the Apostle Paul's strategic plan, for the believers on Crete to live lives that honor God, he begins by appointing godly leadership in the churches... Titus 1:5-9. Today, we look simply at the word "Elders" to see what church leadership is to be like. This one little word reveals a wealth of important information!

We begin "exposing" the text this week and see the challenge Paul gives to Titus to be faithful to his Mission no matter how Impossible it may seem. Duty, Honor, and the Gospel message is the Christian Rallying call to faithfulness in this life to Jesus Christ our LORD. May we be found faithful!

Today, we begin a new expository study in the book of Titus. This message is an "Overview" to help us orient ourselves to read through the book and study it well together.
