Just like Judah in this passage, God’s kindness to him was a gift. Repentance is not merely shame or sorrow of sin, it’s a redirection of human’s will to pursue the one who is righteous, Jesus.

Kyle Essary preached from Genesis 37:2-36. We looked at this passage and saw so much dysfunction and discord in the family, but God still fulfill His promises in spite of their sins.
