So many of us are living in a constant state of stress.  Burnout.  Survival mode.  This isn't the life the Lord intended for us!  He wants us to thrive!  He wants us healed ALL THREE PARTS!!  I start the conversation on how I recognised something wasn't right, started seeking out help and began the rewiring process!  Stay tuned for part 2!!
