Get Real with Jasmin
Look, I don’t have all the answers. Honestly, I’m not even trying to pretend I do. But I’ve got stories—lots of them. Get Real with Jasmin is where real-life experiences meet a sense of humor that’s just a bit heinous. I’ve lived through some shit, and I’m here to share it all—zero filters, plenty of attitude. You’ll get my messed-up jokes and real talk that hits hard—but in a good way. Whether it’s heartbreak, career confusion, or laughing through the chaos, one thing’s for sure: it’s always real, and never boring.

3 mindset shifts that helped me get over heartbreak (and take my life back) 11.07.2026 10:13
If I have to go back and talk to the 23y/o me that was crying on the yoga mat every day, wondering if this was how the rest of her life would be, I’d tell her, “it’s not about him anymore. It’s about you.”I spent too much time blaming, dwelling on people, seeking certainty that I’d never get. And that’s why it’s so hard to move on. If you are like me, always struggling to let go, this video will h...
How I rebuilt my confidence after hating myself for 20 years 04.07.2026 6:57
There is s a very common belief about confidence that the more you do, the more confident you get. Because confidence is built from action. While that is true is most cases, it wasn’t the case for me. By the age of 24, i moved to a new country alone, walking on the street to deliver my resume in person, overcame my social anxiety by working as a waitress. And yet, i still feel like i didnt achieve...
I hit rock bottom at 25. Here's how I got out of it 24.06.2026 10:11
Hitting rock bottom is the most painful period of my life. I was out of a job, heartbroken, and moved back in with my parents. And to be very honest, I had no idea how I was going to get out of it. All I could feel was shame and pain, and all I could see was darkness. But I tried anyway .And bit by bit, days started to feel easier to get by. I started to cry a little bit less. Most importantly, th...
Watch this if you DREAM BIG BUT DO NOTHING 24.06.2026 8:00
The most common problem I notice from people around me is the lack of action, and that really bothers me. Not because they are lazy, but because they are not. They are hard-working, and yet, there is always one thing stopping them from pursuing what they actually want — fear. Dreaming big is such a beautiful thing, but at the same time it's vulnerable. So I get it, why you still couldn't t...
We are all behind. Let's panic together 20.06.2026 9:18
you know what, let’s stop lying to ourselves about feeling behind. Be honest, have you ever stopped feeling behind? i know, i know, you are supposed to trust your timeline. But even after understanding this, sometimes i still can’t help but look at other people’s life and question what the hell am i doing with my life. This makes me realize, what if no matter how much we progressed, we will still...
How I almost ruined my 20s (and signs you're doing it too) 13.06.2026 11:26
If I have to choose one word that define my early 20s, that would be: shame. The shame of not living up to people’s expectations, the shame of being ghosted by guys, the shame of not getting promoted at my job. Today I talk about the mistakes I made that actually ruined my early 20s. The hardest part wasn’t fixing the mistake, but admitting I was making one. So I hope the video can encourage you t...

If you are in your lonely chapter right now, this one is for you. Loneliness has been a huge topic on this channel. But it never occurred to me that loneliness might be good....until now. We have been taught to resent the idea of loneliness, but what if, the reason you're lonely is because you are brave enough to leave an environment that you no longer fit into? What if loneliness is necessary...
What to do when life feels out of control (my extreme lesson) 02.05.2026 8:59

YOU ARE WORTHY no matter what 16.12.2025 18:42
I had an encounter with penguins in Abu Dhabi that makes me re-think self-worth. Somewhere along the way, we are led to believe that we are only worthy because of our achievements, not our existence. But here's the good news, if we have learned worth is what needs to be earned, we can also un-learn it. 【Get Real with Jasmin’s Podcast】 🎧Apple Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/g...

How I finally believed I deserve to rest 15.05.2025 26:48
For the longest time, I lived in a cycle of burnout. Work hard. Burn out. Feel guilty for not doing more. Then push myself again… just to end up in the same place. Even when I was physically and emotionally exhausted, I felt ashamed for resting. I hated myself for “doing nothing,” even when I had nothing left to give. I knew I should rest—but I didn’t know how . Or more truthfully, I didn’t bel...

failing doesn't define you, trying does 01.05.2025 27:23
I wrote this episode after a terrible driving practice, who knows a breakdown on a bridge can turn to a lifetime of realisation. In this episode, I talk about the beauty of releasing control and let the Universe take care of the rest for you. Most importantly, understanding that the act of trying is everything. Your failure doesn’t define you, trying does. You are valuable at this very moment. ✨...
