What a ramble! The main takeaway from this episode is even when you think you have it figured out, there's more to unravel. I talk about the tendency to over-do and feel the itch to keep moving even when it is perfectly okay to relax. I get emotional about woman hood (not really, but basically). 

This episode strays away from the regular format. Combining the 3rd section of the book and my thoughts on the movie, I am so happy to wrap up our second book of Couch Friends.
