The team fired Gabe Kapler, and Sam Lubman and Joe Shasky debate whether that was really necessary. And big questions surround what is next for this team, and faith in Farhan Zaidi is at it's nadir now, and the Giants ownership is should start feeling the heat too. But...

The Giants fired Gabe Kapler in what felt like a scapegoating move by Farhan Zaidi.

Gabe Kapler is not the only one who deserves blame for the Giants disappointing season. Farhan Zaidi is here for another year, and it does not make any sense as what he can do to save his job in a year. And a finger needs to be pointed at ownership as well, as their decisions have led to this moment.

The Giants season may have ended with a thud, but that did not stop Giants fans, and Dodgers fans, from giving Forever Giant Brandon Crawford the goodbye he deserved.

The Giants had a chance to rocket themselves into the thick of the National League Wild Card Race. They failed.

After wasting a golden opportunity against the lowly Rockies in Colorado, the Giants are stuck between a playoff chase they are still in, and the playoff team they are not meant to be.

A lot needs to change for the Giants heading into next season. Lubman and Shasky talk about the things at the top of their list of changes they want to see the Giants make.
