It’s complete fuckery and honestly would you expect anything different. Sit and laugh your way to a full body workout. It’s been said that 15 minutes of laughter a day will burn 10 to 40 calorie soooo we expect lots of thanks you for getting you “fall body fit” while listening to us.

Life events and trials have kept J. Birdie and Daysani from recording. I was like let’s travel back in time to a crazier simpler time and re-release an episode from season 1. This episode still cracks me up and I hope y’all can still get a chuckle or two as well.

Soooo J. Birdie doesn’t have much going on. She is still on pause and living her life like it’s “golden”. Daysani, however is dealing with battles in lots of different areas and she recognizes the real from the fake. We sober, but we still have some funny hoot and holla moments
