Frank's Unsolicited Advice

This weeks episode I talk about the why.  The why is the reason why you do things.  an ultimate goal that is pushing you to be successful.  My mom calls it the bigger picture.  please listen and share.  

this week I talk about leadership, what it means to me, where you learn it first from and passing it along to others.  many leaders in my life that I have come across some I would rather forget and some I could never forget because of their impression.  thank you to all that have left lasting impressions in my life.

this episode I am talking about when people hate, you keep pushing forward and not quit.  people will always hate but we should not stop. 

This is the first edition of burn my biscuits where I talk about things that bother me. It gives me time to rant about those things.

This weeks episode goes a little bit with last weeks episode.  To grow there has to be change and sometimes those changes pull us away from our friends and family if they are not on the same page as us.  I discussed how it is okay to change, to grow and how it does not mean you forgot where you came from.  I hope you enjoy it.  

This week I briefly spoke about taking chances, about stepping out on faith and doing the things we say we want to do. I know for myself I have let a lot of opportunities fly by because I was being so cautious. When maybe if I would have taken those chances things could be different.

This weeks episode is a tribute to my mother.  As I have mentioned I going to let you the listener into my world for you to know me and understand me.  My mom is a wonderful person with the biggest heart I know.  Loving is not enough of a word to describe her.  A blessing and an angel from God.  

This is my home what I called home until my parents moved.  it was not just a house, a structure, a place to sleep this was sacred ground for my family and many other people.  This was a safe place for many.  A place where you can come to when you had no where else to go.  

This week I decided to share my views and thoughts on how we treat each others and how our experiences lead us to act in certain ways.  the approach we take ultimately impacts us the people around us.  

This week I am dedicating this episode to my father.  He has been very instrumental in my life through his wisdom, guidance and love.  He is part of the reason why I am the man I am today.  Love you Dad.

This weeks episode is special for a couple of reasons it is my first episode where I have co-host and the co-host is my oldest child Sharisse. We were able to converse about her growing up in the Bronx, being a great student, picking a college, and graduating from college this past May. We also discussed graduating and trying to figure out the next step in life.

This weeks episode is my thoughts and feelings on what is going on currently with the Police murdering George Floyd. I share my thoughts and my view on the matter. I also give you my experience with racial profiling, and also experiences of a friend of the family who lost a significant other at the hands of NYPD.

In this episode I talk about how I became a father, my age and my introduction to parenting. The things I saw growing up and different lessons I learned from my parents.
