Jordie Sarkozi, the man claiming to be Nora Solomon's nephew, is adamant she was murdered and hands Fitz a large retainer check to ensure he takes the case.  Fitz's thoughts are anywhere else but on the condo he and Alicia tour in their search for a new home. Hometown star Nora Solomon has been found dead in her barn outside of town—her nephew Jordie believes she was murdered, even though the coroner's report says it was a heart attack. Fitz's caseload is light and he's got bills to pay. He takes the case, in spite of his concerns Jordie may not be Nora's nephew at all. A showdown at one of Anna Maria's rental properties brings the whole case to conclusion. Marco's Aunt Beverly comes to hake him to Toledo to give him the home he needs—and deserves. And Alicia and Fitz look toward the future.

Two photo disk found in an old safe put everything together. But are the suspects on the run?

Alicia and Fitz search the old steel mill for Marco. He's found, but he's hurt—and he's got some information that might break the case wide open.

Fitz visits the mayor’s office but no one has seen him. The search for Marco continues. Fitz visits Rosario at the hospital and learns the extent of her injuries—and the caliber of the gun that wounded her. Alicia return and has an idea of where Marco went.

Fitz and Barnes find photos that expose activities at The Velvet Rope. The suspect pool narrows to three. The mayor's wife learns the depths of her husband's disloyalty—to her and the city.

Marco has disappeared but admits he knows who killed Anna Maria. There's a shooting at the accounting office. Fitz tries the key on the black ribbon of Anna Maria's journal.

A client of Mistress Delany's is found murdered. Marco reveals her knows more about Anna Maria's murder than he lets on.

Marco's aunt steps up to take him. Probate Boy calls Alicia. More details on the phone call Anna Maria received the night before she was shot. One of her clients is shot.

Anna Maria's funeral makes Fitz wonder about all the men there. Marco's funeral is discussed. Pieces of the case begin to come together.

The aftermath of Fitz's assault gives him hope for his relationship with Alicia. Anna Maria's funeral has him thinking about who could be involved in Anna Maria's murder.

Surveillance on the mayor has Fitz thinking: Was Joe Peccorini a suspect in Anna Maria's murder? What kind of conflict bound this family together? Or was it something else entirely?

Anna Maria's secret is revealed. Someone else has secrets he doesn't want revealed, too. Could they be connected?

Alicia visits and gives Fitz some hope. Carlotta calls with a question.
