Forever Exiled

Fan Art, Patches (coolest patch ever!), and $500 statues...that's GGG's news this week...but WHO CARES if it's the end of 3.14's Ultimatum, there's an infinite amount of Path of Exile to discuss! Brittleknee joined us this week, which is just awesome, every time, and we talked about our wild "aluminum foil hat" guesses to what could/should get modified/added for 3.15, w...

We got our first tease of 3.15! No title as of yet but some sweet music, skills, and glorious NPCs! Seriously, if you don't like GGG's NPC's, you're insane. Ultimatum's Trial-Master is amazing. Well, the NPC that is...we've never seen the fight. But this week in PoE gave us good conversation pieces about past and present content, along with some amazing Steam Summer Sale de...

Ya! It's Episode 89 of Forever Exiled, a Path of Exile podcast! GGG had a slow announcement week as it nears the end of 3.14's Ultimatum, so in this episode we just let it flow... the school year is ending, a new league is coming, there are filters to test, Canada Day is around the corner (we pretend the world cares)...we even squeeze in which league mechanics we could do without and which...

Episode 88! The Eric Lindros episode. We had SUCH a fun week this week! Our Forever Exiled Ultimatum private league was surprisingly way more fun than we expected this past week and a half. Normally, we like to make the mods of the league annoying for players so we can mock them...but this "No Stash and No Magic or Rare drops" league was so fun. GGG had a slow week when it came to Path of...

Episode 87 of Forever Exiled, a Path of Exile podcast was tons of fun to make! Our 3.14 Ultimatum private league started (with stupid mods (that we're surprisingly loving)), we discovered that GGG mentioned a while back that controller support may be a thing for PoE 2, Elden Ring now has a release date (and we had fun arguing about it from a PoE perspective), and please GGG...fix your in-game...

With a slow week from GGG in Path of Exile Land, we were happy to talk about a few things we've been itching to talk about for a while. Luckily GGG posted their Atlas Passive stats for 3.14's Ultimatum to coincide with our wishes :). It's fun to see what content other players prefer, especially players that play outside of their comfort zone. We even dabbled with the conversation of ho...

Another great week of GGG providing us with all the Path of Exile content we need! Our backlog of subjects is pilling sky high! It never ends!...unlike Ultimatums. In Episode 85 we talked about 3.14's stats that were released this week and compared ourselves to them :-|. There was a Part 2 of GGG's Q&A as well which brought up some great discussions...like foils, linking, map equity, r...

It's been a couple of weeks since we got to catch up in PoE Land and wow, was there a lot to cover! GGG has been busy! Path of Exile now has the quality of life MTX, a Cache management system, the game uses your VIDEO CARD now...!!! Not to mention there were some nice surprises like road safety awareness  and live messages! We were even able to squeeze in some of the pros and cons of 3.1...

This week we were excited to be joined by ShakCentral! If you've ever looked into any Vortex or Occultist builds, you've heard of him. His Vortex guide is everywhere in PoE Land and is played by thousands in each league. It's a staple/go-to for being an amazing beginner-friendly CI guide while crushing endgame at the same time. Shak's build, his dedication to it, along with his pas...

You know, even with Ultimatum dying down early, there's always stuff to talk about. Episode 82 of Forever Exiled, a Path of Exile Podcast was "go time" straight from the get-go. GGG had an efficient Reddit week touching on some issues the community is concerned with like bans and 3.14's boss spawning frequency, but there are also some great things happening like the league being qu...

We were excited to have Brittleknee on our show again in Episode 81 of Forever Exiled, a Path of Exile Podcast. We covered a busy week in PoE as GGG released two important patches that covered a lot of ground within the game. We touched a little more on the grey line of banning along with all the different subjects that revolve around retention. 3.14 Ultimatum seems to be a "love it" or &#...

Wow! Talk about drama and politics hey? GGG had the rough server launch for PoE and some public bans for Ultimatum...all alongside the normal launch schedule they have. There was also so much to discuss with all of the new core changes made to Path of Exile coupled with the experience of Ultimatum. We could have talked for ages...That will have to carry over into the next episode. For now, it'...

Well...kinda. Both of us, like many of you, had a difficult time staying connected to the Path of Exile's 3.14 expansion. BUT there was still so much to talk about that we still had a great time hating each other and wishing the worst for each other's futures. But seriously, there was horrible online fallout against GGG for a false story, lovely lawns, some interesting Reddit posts by GGG...

Gotta love Patch Notes day! It's like Christmas for us here at Forever Exiled (a Path of Exile podcast) :-). GGG released their 3.14 Ultimatum patch notes today; so like the nerds we are, we giggle (and complain like know-it-alls) through the parts of the notes that interest us (and hopefully you as well)...just like we would at a coffee shop "sans covid"! The amount of changes to the...

YES! It's Nerd Heaven! LEAGUE REVEAL WEEK! Hazaa! We're one week away from 3.14 Ultimatum! Goodness...we could have talked forever! Tons of 3.14 AND Path of Exile 2 details were announced this week by GGG and the amount of content they covered is insane. So many aspects in the game to talk about. We (well, I...) wish we could have had a 5-hour episode. Path of Exile - a Path of Exile podca...

The glorious thing for fans of PoE is that there's ALWAYS something to talk about. In Episode 76 of Forever Exiled (a Path of Exile Podcast) we talk about the lack of 3.13 Ritual patches for the past month, our Private League winners, company investments, GGG's future engine patch, some PoE 2 banter, what'll happen to Atlas Passives each league, and lots of sidetracking :). Hopefully,...

In Episode 75 of Forever Exiled, a Path of Exile Podcast, Tagz and Wrecker talk about GGG's 3.14 and Path of Exile 2 teaser, Tormented Spirits, Dogs and Trains ;-)...along with a lot of unexpected filler. We also played Last Epoch this week as well and took some time to compare some of the QoL features between itself and PoE. Shift+F? Get outta town! It was nice to get a feel for another game...

Well, thanks Justin for a wonderful Episode 74 of Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast. If you're new to the show you'll just love the updates we have for you. In this weeks' episode we talk about GGG's reputation outside of PoE Land, PoE 2's tease of slowing the game down, and Vaal Temple pretending to be Dynamic Resolution. We also started a short Solo Self Found Ha...

So, in Episode 73 (not 38) of Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast, we don't talk about 3.13 or Ritual...at all. We talk about Harvest. Yup. GGG's Development Manifesto this week was a big deal and really had a mixed reaction from the community. Soooo we talked about it. Harvest. All. Night. Long. You all rock! Thanks for listening...ya bunch of babies ;-) Forever Exiled Info: www.forev...

In Episode 72 of Forever Exiled, A Path of Exile Podcast, we talk about GGG's sweet PvP changes that happened in Ritual's 13.1.e patch  (we really should try PvP one day...), General's Cry, test dummies, Gems of War, and lots of side talk...but mostly it's an Atlas Passive Tree(s) episode! Hazaa! Finally! By far one of our favourite additions to the game in a long time (maybe...

We were lucky to have Brittleknee join us again! It's always a pleasure to catch up with friends and it's always great to be able to do it around PoE content. We jumped all-around 3.13 content, Ritual, Maven, Harvest, and had an absolute blast cutting each other down. Hopefully, you disagree with everything Tagz and Brittle said and you love what Wrecker had to say...:) Thanks for listenin...

Next week is going to be a good week. This week? It was ok. But NEXT week. Oh boy! It's going to be a goody. This week's episode of Forever Exiled was our 70th episode! Crazy! We talked about Ritual, 3.13's performance (it'll be the last time I bring it up, I swear!), theory crafting dilemmas, some GGG praise from PC Gamer, and SO MUCH MORE (like a D2 convo)! (Don't you hate it...

Ha! Would you look at that? This week in Path of Exile Land was so busy that our "short" Episode was a normal length. In Episode 69 of Forever Exiled, we fly through talking about 3.14 news, some insane fixes made in 3.13.1.c, what Weta's really sound like, and a ton of unscripted content that took us WAY longer than we thought ;-). Ritual, Maven, 3.13, 3.14, GGG, Ubisoft...no matter t...

Welp! The tables have turned. In Episode 68 of Forever Exiled, Tyler's the Negative Nancy while Justin's the positive one. We had very different Path of Exile weeks, Tagz and Wrecker, while at the same time GGG had another busy announcement and release week; lots of fixes, MTX releases, and fan art. There were so many new game-play experiences to talk about that, as usual, we had to push l...

What a busy week in PoE Land! Some great updates from GGG (both for today and tomorrow), some stability and visual improvements, console play is better than ever (which is all people care about)...Path of Exile gave us lots to talk about this week. There's some Ritual hate (and love) and some Maven love (and hate). And, we can't wait for 3.14! We couldn't stop talking, as usual, so hop...
