NO LAUGHING MATTER   Genesis 18:1-15   I. The Lord Is Welcomed; vs.1-8 II. The Lord Gives His Word; vs.9-12 III. The Lord Is Able; vs.13-15   Abraham gets another visit from the Lord. Once again, Abraham is assured Sarah will bear him a son. Sarah overhears and laughs. 

Genesis 17:1-27   I. The Covenant; vs.1-8 II. The Sign of the Covenant; vs.9-14 III. The Son of the Covenant; vs.15-22 IV. The Sealing of the Covenant; vs.23-27   God reminds Abram of the everlasting covenant. The covenant is signed and sealed.

Genesis 10:1-32   I. The Sons of Japheth; vs.1-5 II. The Sons of Ham; vs.6-20 III. The Sons of Shem; vs.21-31 IV. The Dividing of the Nations; vs.32   In Genesis 10 we find the 'Table of Nations'. This early hall of records accounts for the distribution of every tribe, tongue and nation.

Genesis 9:1-29   I. God's Command to Man; vs.1-7 Matthew 28:19 II. God's Covenant with Man; vs.8-17 Ephesians 1:13-14 III. The Uncovering of Man; vs.18-29 Hebrews 11:7 Isaiah 61:10 God pledges to never again flood the earth. A rainbow is given as a steady reminder of His promise.  

THE ARK RESTED Genesis 8:1-22   I. The Rain Stops; vs.1-5 II. The Waters Recede; vs.6-12 III. The Ground Becomes Dry; vs.13-19 IV. An Altar is Built; vs.20-22   After 40 days and 40 nights of heavy downpour, time is needed for the waters to recede. Once waters do recede, passengers of the ark enter a whole new world.
