Hiiii!! ForFaith is about purpose, presence, and peace in the chaos - hosted by me, Faith. I'm a CA-born, NYC-livin gal navigating life with curiosity, ambition, and heart. I created this space to process thoughts, explore big questions, and share stories that move us. After years in New York, I've seen how much we all crave honesty and connection. The name ForFaith comes from the belief that everything you do should make you proud of the life you're living, but also that everything you do should be in pursuit of what you love. Do what you believe in.

#15: Why are we addicted? 22.11.2023

It all stems from college when I would observe myself and others DRINK so much and I thought..WTF is this for? In this episode, I dive DEEP on why as humans, we are addicted to things like alcohol, drugs, and our phones. Why do we do things that make us not feel like ourselves? Why do we listen to sad music and read thrilling books? Why do we crave these things? I don't have all (or really any...

#14: New York City SUCKS...sometimes 12.11.2023

Over 2 years in this wild city and I was bound to have a TOUGH week for many of the reasons mentioned in this episode. Don't get me wrong this is the city for me at this time in my life but DAMN it's relentless 😅

#13: Friendships are the best 03.11.2023

Might be biased here, but girl friendships are the BEST. I feel so grateful for the women in my life. #BLESSED

#12 - Dream On! 22.10.2023

Adulthood is hard and serious and I just want to feel like a kid again sometimes. Is that too much to ask?! I am a chronic planner and I certainly realize that as helpful as it can be, it also adds a lot of pressure/expectations to the direction of my life. Whereas a child doesn't have the capacity to do this...so how nice would it be to connect to the inner child and just LIVE...sounds easy e...

#11 - What Makes Somewhere Home 14.10.2023

I have moved quite a bit throughout my life this far and I wanted to share my thoughts on what I think of the word "home". What qualities make somewhere a home? How does that change over time? What does home mean to you?

#10: Quick Chat - Why We Need to Talk about Challenging Things 12.10.2023

After having a conversation with one of my coworkers she said something that stuck with me and inspired this short rant. I came straight home from work to record this because, with everything going on in the world (let alone people's individual lives), I was reminded how vital it is to discuss these things and ultimately talk about things that are often avoided.

#9: Solo Being Vulnerable 29.09.2023

We are asked "What do you want to be when you grow up?" vs. "who do you want to be?". We are conditioned to anchor our identity in the things we do not who we are when we are doing these things. Lots on my mind lately, but encourage you all to stay true to yourself and never shy from being your true authentic self 🫶🏻 Quote shared: "It's essential to work on something...

#8: Dylan Missry 17.09.2023

Didn't think I would have him on as soon as episode #8, but considering that I spend most of my days with this man it only seemed fit!! For those of you who don't know Dylan and I have been dating for the past geez...4 years. Here he shares a bit about his life, growing up in New York, being the oldest of three, volleyball, and transitioning into finance/work from school. He truly is a rem...

#7 Sister Chat 08.09.2023

Decided to record a normal conversation between my sisters and me! No formal intro, but for context, we start off by talking about NY break-ins and finish with some core childhood memories. Hope you enjoy it!

#6: Coping with your parents getting old & how to live a more meaningful life 27.08.2023

Moving away from my parents/family often weighs heavy on my heart. Especially as my parents get a little older, it really makes me emotional. Many of us are so blessed to have both our parents still with us and have good relationships with them. We can't fight the fact that our time on this world is limited, so remind yourself that how you spend your days is how you spend your life. Content Id...

#5: 1/2 of my sisters...Lauren Dunn! 18.08.2023

If you know me you know how much I love my sisters. I was so happy to do this live with Lolo. She shares her journey of transitioning out of corporate America and pursuing what is meaningful to her - in my perspective, really started living life for herself. She speaks about the special friendships in her life and why they have held onto each other this long. And discussing some happy/sad memories...

#4: UCLA --> NYC Roommate and BFF Nicolina 04.08.2023

First guest interview and definitely still working out the microphone settings 🙃. Doesn't take away from the story Nic tells of her life growing up in SD, rejection, working in beauty, religion, and life living in New York. She is a very precious friend of mine and I hope you all have someone like her in your life 🫶🏻

#3: New York Survival Guide 29.07.2023

I go through my list of things that I've learned since living in New York (aka my survival guide). Let me know if any of them hit home for you or if I missed any good tips for managing to exist in this crazy city. And if you're thinking of moving here...DO IT!!! To encourage this to be more of a discussion between you and me, feel free to submit questions or topics you want me to cover in...

Finally getting around to doing it you guys and I had so much fun recording! It's surely a work in progress but follow along as I touch on my childhood, where I grew up to how I ended up in New York with some funny moving stories.
