In life, there are going to be bumps. If you hit one, don't just fall on your face, do something to regain your balance, so you can continue on your merry way.

Negative self-talk can be a killer, but you don't have to be stuck listening to it. Here are some methods to use to quiet it, divert it, or maybe even shut it down.

Our reality shifted during the eclipse. The Earth is ascending, and we are all ascending with Her, like it or not. Buckle up.

Stay in the "water" and get pushed around by life, or get up on top and make a ride of it! Your choice.

Are you feeling a little like Cinderella? Self-love is how we allow the energy of life to enter our bodies, and recharge us! And trying to solve the Madness is just going to create more madness.
