We are taught in this life to use people, places, and things to our advantage. Practicing a transactional life and a transactional spirituality. Guess what, that’s wrong!

We live in a world where people have learned and are becoming expert at manipulating reality. Truth is becoming subjective according to the world. When, in fact, the truth is love and kindness.

One of the things that we have done very poorly in our western culture is fine Balance. To find rest and to find work, to find pleasure and to find intimacy all takes a balance.

There are things that are not of substance that we create. There are things of great substance that we can experience.

Have you ever looked at someone in power and thought to yourself, how the heck did this person end up here? How can someone so? How can someone so phony have so much control. There’s a reason take a listen.

To be humans to be spiritual, to be spirituals to be human. Anything other than that is a construct of human thought

As human beings, we have been talked to do all that we can to have things remain just as they are. Unfortunately, there’s very little spiritual growth in that.

What are the things that keep you and me from love and serenity

There are many aspects of life where we should try to find the path of least resistance. Spirituality is not one of them.

We can see the false reality, that I call the matrix, in every day life. When we see war, hatred, politics of division, economic, disparity, fearful thought, we can see plainly the false reality.

What are we looking for in our life? What is spirituality? I’m convinced, that it all is all based in love.

We live, and we are steeped in a reality is fear-based. Spirituality is about making your reality love based.

There is emotional reality, there is physical reality. But all of these things are informed by our spiritual reality.
