Finding Meaning

In this episode, we explore the final episode of what it means to be authentically you in our four part series.

Spirituality is not a theological, philosophical quest to understand a god, or gods, or etc. I am convinced, and in my opinion, spirituality is about becoming authentically, loving and authentically you. It is so simple and yet so difficult to live out of this in this false reality.

Spirituality is not about going to the right religion. It's about becoming authentically you. This is part two of a four-part series on what it means to live from an authentic place.

This episode is the first of three part episode about what it means to live from the most authentic you. We talk a lot about how to find the authentic you for the next few episodes were going talk about living the authentic you.

What are we to make, as people who pursues spirituality, of what's going on in the world?

We live in a world where we all have an opinion that is falsely informed. We tried to place those opinions upon reality so that we can solidify reality. Take a listen

In this episode, I share a story about a friend I had many years ago. His name is Dave and he was the best salesman I ever met. How are we like him? We live in a transactional reality, in many ways we are all Dave.

We have tricked ourselves, we have food ourselves, and we have lied to ourselves about what reality is. Not intentionally, but out of ignorance.

To be yourself is all we have to do. It's also one of the most difficult things we have to do. To be ourselves is spirituality.

We have to find a larger purpose to frame our life. That is not religion or politics. Indeed, the larger framework that we can bring into all of these things is love.

It's important on our spiritual journey to find people we can really, really, really trust. However, be careful, not everyone is trustworthy. However, there are some. This episode is dedicated to my trusted friends.

We create places in our lives of belief, religion, politics, but I am calling bubbles. Spirituality bursts many of those bubbles. Take a listen.

Common sense is a spiritual attribute!

Excepting life on life's terms is a huge part of our spiritual growth.

All of us live with a sense that there's something more. Because all of us live in a world that's falsely constructed from ego, false concepts, and theory. However, there is a place I believe, that can offer us some answers. Take a listen.

The things offer to us by the reality that has been created by us through ego, will not let us to finding meaning

And this episode we discuss how the institutions of religion are necessarily dualistic and transactional to preserve themselves. Individually someone may practice a religion and find their inner truth, but it's very rare.

It takes a tremendous amount of bravery and courage to question the prescribed reality that we live in.

We are in the act of becoming. We are in the act of rediscovering. In spirituality, we are in the act of transformation.

How we view the world, how we view ourselves, how we perceive reality is the fundamental question of spirituality

We have created a reality where we depend upon the false reality that we have created to live. It makes it very hard to come to terms with the fact that we are living a false reality.

We are programmed to perceive reality in certain ways. That programming is false. Thanks for listening.
