It’s been a day, a week, a month, a life! We have a lot to unpack in our little bit of time together this week. Like with so much focus on gender and sexuality we are still missing out on those who are otherwise abled. Disabilities are known, yet not discussed or accepted as other human rights and issues. It’s 2022, and the lack of awareness and acceptance is simply unacceptable.

Ready or not it’s Easter time. This week we’re preparing for brunch, dinner, egg hunts, egg dye, Peep pancakes and houses. Despite stresses life throws at us all the time, we’re ready to enjoy time with family and friends.

We’re due for another episode of all those things that really tick off all of us. Broken heat. Responsible eaters. Taxes. Roombas. What’s on your list these days?

Another night at the theater and we aren’t really sure what that was. Pro tip: If you’re planning on seeing a classic musical and hear the word “reimagined” just turn around and run away. This one was so bad. Sorry, not sorry for this review.

This is a gonna be one SUPER bowl, but not cuz of the teams playing. We’ve been pumped about this halftime show since the day it was announced. This is not a resolution, it’s life. We don’t know wtf happened but it’s February and we’re still trying to find our way. And we need new workout ideas so send them our way.

As we approach two years since this pandemic started, we’re highlighting how it has affected us from the beginning to now. And how the constant change of rules leads to confusion and how it’s affecting our kids. What happens when you follow all the rules and then the rules change? We’re all suffering for different reasons and we need to learn to get along cuz this sh*t isn’t going away.

Remember the olden days of social media with play-by-play updates of what you were doing and connecting with long lost relatives? What happened to playful jokes, kindness, posting on walls? This week we’re talking about changes in social media platforms, how much it’s changed since we started using it and those adorable puppy reels!

Even in the chaos, we’re so thankful for our holiday weekend and all the memories. Just remember broken phones, getting towed out of ditches and witch hunts are all part of the adventure.
