The call of God is a God- given sense of “fit” affirmed by others and confirmed by experience when our gifts, skills, experience and personality meet with opportunity.

The call of God turns these interrogatives into imperatives. Question marks become exclamation points when you discover your calling.

A Life Worth Giving doesn’t just come when you discover your call; it comes when you embrace Christ completely. In other words, if you pursue your call, and neglect God, you get neither. If you pursue Christ, you get Him and your call becomes more clear with time. Focus on the Caller, not simply the call.

If you feel like there is something more to life but don’t know how to find it you’re not alone. If you have had a hard time discovering what God wants you to do, join the club. Living a life based on the expectations of other people while God seems silent is not the way it’s supposed to be. God may be calling but the call keeps getting dropped. Let’s find out why by turning to Genesis 3.

You will never make sense of the story you live without understanding the story you live into, God’s bigger story, the story of God’s grand purpose for His creation. Your calling emerges out of a growing understanding of the NATURE and PURPOSE of God. You will never know the call of God until you know the God who calls.

Be who God called you to be, determine what God called you to do then you can begin to seek the Lord’s wisdom on where and how best to do it. Then you can truly experience a Life Worth Giving.
