It probably goes without saying; but technology has changed everything. Life has changed--and family life has changed--and yet: parenting is still parenting! Life with technology is so different than before, but we can make the adjustments and parent accordingly.

Like it or not, we are living in a digital age. While some things have gotten much easier, there are new challenges for parenting and living together in this new era. The team will discuss some of their discoveries based upon the book "The Anxious Generation," as well as their own personal insights and how it applies to life in Ireland today.

It doesn't take long to realise that life is complex! No matter what age we are, there is a lot we don’t get right or fully understand. But if we are will to keep learning, we can discover how to be resilient and grow into the best person we can!
