Today we unpack the issues you can encounter when you own a business and you have relationships outside of it. There is so much that goes into it owning a business that people don't understand. It's okay to be honest that you're not able to have high maintenance  relationships at certain points in our lives.

Today the girls sit down with Nicole from Lumi Lash in Lancaster Pa. Nicole talks business ownership and how she went from co-owning to be a sole owner of a salon.
