In the second week of our Christmas series we look at the prophecies of a man named Micah. 600+ years before Christ he declared that the messiah would be born in Bethlehem. Even though Jerusalem was under siege and the strength of the royal house seemed to have disappeared, Micah had the faith to speak God's message that he there are no small places and no forgotten promises!

There's so much drama in the camp of David. Treachery, feuds, rivalry, vengeance and... murder? I do declare!

The book of 1st Samuel ends the time of the judges and begins the era of the Kings. It is the story of the final judge: Samuel. The first king: Saul. Finally it's the story of the right king: David. It's also a story of human brokenness and God's faithfulness.

Its the first week of our 2022 Christmas series! Today we look at the virgin birth of Jesus which was prophesied in Isaiah chapter 7, written over 600 years before Jesus was born.

Today we finish a journey our church began a year ago. We conclude our study of the Gospel according to Matthew with a reflection on what the mission of the church is. We don't study the Bible to gain trivia, we study the Bible to know Jesus and to understand the mission he has given us.
