A group of individuals met for the purpose of discussing a community based radio program called El DoRADIO.  The program would air on KBTL-FM Butler Radio 88.1.  Dr. Keith West, Professor of Mass Communications at Butler Community College and KBTL-FM General Manager shared ideas on how to move forward.
