Before anything is said, yes, university is needed in SOME cases. I believe there are better paths to take for certain careers that both cost less and you learn more. After countless Indeed posts and reviews, I have been thinking about the simplicity of these job websites. You see a job that you like and click apply, on to the next. There seems to be less of reading up on the job and seeing if it is the right fit, making it harder for employers and the candidates to truly find the right fit.

So when we tested out the 4 day work week structure a couple of years back, we learnt a lot about the process and how it ACTUALLY works. After having a look at the financial affect and the individual problems that comes from it, we decided that it was not compatible with our business and how it runs, If there are any ideas that you would share on this, I would love to know
