As usual, I'm waiting to get into dance class. I'm so excited that the anniversary of Encouragement Notes is Tuesday

I recorded this episode a few days ago, and it got cut off on Instagram. This is the full update on my ability to get up off the floor independently. It's still something that I need to work on and get back in my body again, but I know that I'm fully capable

this episode is for my followers in the disability community. I have been struggling with my movement, specifically getting up off the floor when I'm in my room and frankly that is why I have not done many podcast episodes lately because my bedroom is my office. do you deal with physical movement? fear if you do, what have you done about it?

what I think of physical therapy

simply celebrating and being grateful

I recorded this while having breakfast this morning

'May god heal.you all by his mercy and make everybody happy " this is a comment that was left on my Instagram feed. a video of me in the dancing through life class at Rollettes experience. this person obviously did not know what they were watching and has to challenge their ideas of what disability is and what it is not.

this is how I felt about attending RE 2025. it was amazing but please listen for details

This episode was inspired by something I heard in class I. Saturday. The moral of the story: Disabled dancers can be amazing dancers.
