This season is coming to an end and I can not wait to put the perspective to sleep, process it all and then emerge after my integration season.

Taking a pause to reflect on past choices can show us where old patterns failed and inspire us to choose a better way forward. 🙏✨️

Being out and about in the world at 3am and having these profound moments with people most humans would never engage with- is the whole point. Meet my friend, who deserves a life he gets to choose not one he was birthed into.

When you find yourself down and out mentally and physically and you aren't in a state of coherence who will find you and bring you to safety? God's people .

One foot in front of the other is usually the only way out.

When you create your own vision, your own world, you might just end up living in that reality alone. Is it worth it? People say they want to climb the ladder towards righteousness but giving up the things in this material world that feel good and choosing to suffer for growth/spirit is a price to steep for most.

I've been split into roles for too long- Advocate, mom, mentor, survivor. This episode is me showing up as all of it. Raw and real Follow along this season as I serve on the school committee, launch Back to Basics, and fight for something bigger- Even when it feels like I have nothing left. This is the reintroduction. I am going to embrace ALL parts of me. I'm not giving up or going anywhere

It doesn't have to be an awful experience if you know that there are people in your tribe who know CPR. We all feel like we are drowning sometimes. Pretending everything is okay is what's scary to me............Those people never get CPR.
