For our first Sportscast of 2026 we are joined by Frank Longo, a former Lakers lacrosse player, current police constable in the Durham Region, and hockey scout working with an Alaska-based junior team. Frank reflects on his time at Nipissing, including three national championship appearances with the Lakers, coaching women’s hockey, and how sport helped shape his career beyond the rink.

Bob shares his favourite memories of teaching, a look back at some of the ways he shaped Chippewa's athletics and being able to coach and teach his children in high school.
