We take a few minutes at the beginning of class to recap how far we've come through the Old Testament, and then we've dive into the Gospels.

This week's prayer comes from Nehemiah 1, and he teaches us what we can learn about our calling.

This week we continue exploring the struggles of Job, and the teachings of the third Wisdom book.

This week's biblical prayer is from Jesus, in Luke 23:35, as he hangs on the cross, and prays one of the hardest prayers for us today - forgiveness.

As continue working through the Wisdom Books, this week we tackle the book of Job, and some of the difficult issues and questions that lie in the middle chapters.

At the close of Matthew 7, Jesus lays out three more illustrations on doing His will, and obeying His words.

This week we begin a new section of the Old Testament in our survey of the Bible: the Books of Poetry and/or Wisdom. First up, the Psalms.

In Matthew 7:12-14, Jesus gives us the "Golden Rule," and talks about the narrow way.

As we wrap up our overview of the Major Prophets, we look at a passage from this section of the Bible, and discuss how it could be relevant to today.

In this week's lesson from the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells us about our heavenly Father.

This week we finish up our notes from Daniel, and take a look at some passages from the Major Prophets.

We brought this up in this morning's lesson, and tonight we explore the difference between the moral/ethical attitudes of the world, and how the Bible calls the church to be.

This week we look at the famous beginning to Matthew 7, and what Jesus really means about judging.

This week we wrap up our overview of the books of the Major Prophets with Daniel - a man who we probably already know a lot about!
