What is the best way to keep up a more positive mindset when you struggle with the opposition a lot?  When I have an oil that I really don't like the smell of, what does that mean and how do I incorporate that into my routine? What if I have an allergy to an oil but sometimes  have a strong feeling to use it or smell it? Would it be best to just let that feeling pass?
