Epicdose 69 - Content with Content | Are You Happy With The Content You Produce? There are many reasons to why we create the content that we do, looking a for a response in to what we post. Whether it is for personal or business, we are still requiring a level of return on whatever we create. We can get caught up in the perceived success of others, looking at the numbers as the only way that we ca...

We all see things the way that we see them. Our own codes highlight the way that we feel toward certain ideas, topics and subjects. The only way that we can see a different version or view of that is by being exposed to alternate ideas or thoughts. Seeing or hearing someone talk about something in a way different to us is what is going to alert us to another point of view. A new perspective. When...

Searching for that resonance, that someone else has either felt that way or is currently experiencing the same thing right now. Listening to others speak about the things that they love, the skills they have learnt or the journeys they have...

Epicdose 66 - Happy V Sad You need one without the other right? The sad catapults us to the happy, when we are in the happy, we just wait for the sad to come back. It is a never ending cycle that pulls us from one extreme to the other. As I have now sat in the 'happy' for an obscene amount of time, I started to question all of it. Why don't I share that more, why am I waiting for the b...

Epicodose 65 - Being Scene : A New Way To Market Yourself The first thing you will be thinking is that I have spelt the word 'scene' wrong, but no this was very intentional. There is a lot of expertise that will tell you...

Have you ever had that moment, when you suddenly realised that you were not thinking about anything. That all that mindless chatter had just stopped. There was no thinking about what you needed to do next, how you were going to make something happen, looking for something that you think you needed to work on. Pure, utter silence. And yes, this is not the first time that I have felt this, but befor...

Sometimes you cannot wait to learn something new, other times you are like, meh I could not be bothered! It can depend on what you are learning and whether it is something that you really really WANT to learn or if it is something that you think you HAVE to learn. There are also times when it may be just a belief that is holding you back from trying to learn something new in the first place. Liste...

There are cells in a body that regenerate every 120 days. Brand new skin, nails and blood. So if our body can do this all on it's own, why can't we do the same with our thoughts and the things we want to create around us? I am embarking on using this theory to make 120 days of doing things differently. Trying something new every day for 120 days whilst working toward something that I want...

In my ongoing quest for social media fame and fortune, I found myself pointing fingers at the Algorithm. Blaming it for ALL my perceived failures. Whether it was the lack of likes, interactions, or the absence of buyers for my offerings, I constantly sought to place the blame on this digital force. I yearned for more engagement, more people wanting everything I had on offer and desperately hoping...

As far as I can remember 2001 was the year when I really first started into the 'having my own business' idea. This was a result of my daughter getting sick at the time and me wanting to be home and closer to her and allow time for her recovery. The dream ended and I chose another path. The idea surfaced again in 2013 and made a brief appearance and then I chose another path. Fast forward...
