Eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and other disordered thinking is more prominent today than ever before. We are surrounded by social media and comparing ourselves to those influencers we see to where over 75% of women struggle with eating disorders. It's easy to feel trapped and alone in this mental state and that's where I come in. I want to challenge the disordered thoughts that girls have and show them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Let's challenge what disordered thoughts tell us- together!
