This week we are still in Matthew, looking at chapter 12.38.42. We are looking at the need for signs and not receiving them and letting go of sinful ways.

We take a look at Matthew 17.24-27 and the temple tax and not offending others in the name of God.

We continue looking at Jesus sending out the twelve disciples for the first time. Looking at Matthew 10.16-42, additional reading is 1 John 4.7-12.

We are taking a look at when Jesus sent out His disciples with all His authority for the first time. We are looking at Matthew 10.1-15.

This week we wrap up Matthew 13, with the parable of the sower. We look at the different types of soils in the parable and ask which one you see yourself being.

This week we look at the parables of the net and the wedding banquet. We are still in Matthew 13, with a look at Matthew 22. We examine the similarities of the parables.

We are still looking at parables in Matthew 13, and we've seen the Kingdom of Heaven described like a man, a mustard seed and yeast. This week we see it described as a treasure and a pearl.

We are near wrapping up the sermon on the mount, looking at Matthew 7.13-14. We ask the question which path will you take when it comes to the gift from God.

We continue in the Sermon on the Mount, looking at Matthew 7.12. We look at what has been commonly called the golden rule, a rule that so many of us know but do we live by it? We also ask the question are you being challenged when you read the Bible?

This week we continue in the sermon on the mount, looking at Matthew 7.7-11. We look at asking, seeking and patience and their value. Question to consider is: How much do we not have because we do not ask and we do not ask because we do not believe God is good - and yet every day we see or experience the goodness of parents blessing their children?

Equally as devastating is what Jesus addresses next. In fact, this one might be an even bigger issue for people today because of how “private” we can keep it.
