It’s good to be a patriot. It’s good to love your country of birth, heritage, and citizenship. God is global and universal but our minds shrink and take sides. Labels others. Xenophobic attacks. God’s people are from every where. Everyone.

I know my kids will find it hard to share spiritual strength at their age. I told them that asking for our help, even throwing us the blame for good scripture; “My dad says the Bible mentions hardships as normal but also mentions that tomorrow can better and different.”
