Michael Arcieri (@mikearcieri.bsky.social) and Andrew Sanchez (@ASanchez_PS) present a new space for Dx enthusiasts to experience diagnostic dilemmas encountered on the general medicine wards and medical ICU service. From puzzling symptoms to rare conditions, Drs. Arcieri and Sanchez highlight the twists and turns of atypical diagnostic journeys.
