Develop Your Potential

Take up something that is out of your comfort zone, training for 4yrs and try to execute it with perfection while the whole world watches, come back and lets talk!

As the summer comes to an end, reflecting on how, what and where the next season can be bettered should be something we strive for. Sharing some tips I gained from listening to John Maxwell awhile ago!

It's easy to gain information these days, but implementation can be difficult hindering us from transformation that gets us to the next level.

Your future awaits you, you will face opposition, trails and challenges but know that with suffering there is no growth.

I see too many people work up the ladder, and realize that they are still empty at the top. Stop chasing ranks or positions, live out the purposeful life you are created to live. Just because that's what everyone is doing, or your family tree has done, doesn't mean it has to be you as well!

What, how, when

How you live, whether through conversations, people you surround yourself with, how you think, inspirations etc... are you seeing growth?

Do not believe in the label's, that people who don't know you, put on you...better yet just take accept label's period.

Why do you do what you do and who do you do it for? Important questions to reflect on, as we navigate this journey of life. As we get overwhelmed with life, it is our human nature to allow other things to provide our contentment. What if I tell you, your life has a bigger purpose than just you, and how you feel about others feelings towards you?

Stop worrying about what others may think about you, if you have an opportunity that may seem out of the ordinary but builds you, and eventually others around you, don't wait take the step.

My Story... Be good to people, and people will want to be good back to you. Purpose driven; allow your purpose to drive your passion, allow your purpose to drive your dreams and goals.

Sometimes, we get stagnant when we are pushing to make progress. Our stagnation is not from lack of work, but rather limitations we put on ourselves because we don't see progress. My advice is to keep plowing, and keep pushing through, because the break through we are looking for is the next step, that raises our level of productivity.
