Acts 7:54-60. God built a holy people/church made righteous by Christ Jesus, the Rock on which we stand.

John 10:1-6. Jesus is the Door to eternal salvation and Jesus is the Good shepherd who cares, watches, and protects those who believe in Him.

Luke 24:13-24. How well do you know Jesus? Do you recognize him in your life?

1 Peter 1:3-4. The story of Peter's three life changing events. 1. He chose to follow Jesus and travel with him giving up everything of his personal life. 2. Peter was with Jesus at the time of His trial and crucifixion, including Peter's three time denial of Jesus. 3. The resurrection and appearance of Jesus. How do you react to major events or crises in your life?

Matthew 28:5-6. Told are the amazing events surrounding the resurrection of Jesus and how this miracle is a gift to all people.

John 12:12-15. Imagine the Triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem with the excitement and emotion with which they strewed his path with garments and palm branches.

Luke 7:1-10. This is an account of a man's great faith that can be a lesson to us all. Any and all can lay hold of God by faith.

Ephesians 1:15-21. Thanksgiving and prayer for the Ephesians and how it applies to us today, encouraging unity and love for one another.

John 8:31-44. Jesus identifies which father His audience is serving and what we must do to remain His disciples.

Matthew 16:21-27. Jesus corrects Peter's misconception of Jesus' path to redemption. After rebuking Peter, Jesus informs all His disciples of their need to follow Him in the way of the cross.

Luke 15:8-10. Pastor Andy Olson, missionary with They Need the Bible, shares a message on the joy of lost souls being found.

Ephesians 5:22-33. Marriage is a wonderful gift from God whose purpose is more than solving loneliness or starting families. God is at work behind the scenes in marriage revealing another blessed union, available for all people. 

Isaiah 25:1-9. Isaiah breaks out in praise of God despite his circumstances. As we recognize all that we have in the Lord, there can be no other response than praise for what He's done.

1 Corinthians 3:1-15. Paul exhorts the Corinthian congregation to pursue maturity in Christ and encourages believers to do the same today.

Isaiah 51:1-11. The Lord calls out to Isaiah and His people to keep their focus on what lay ahead for those who remain faithful to the Lord. In the moment, it may be hard to see where the Lord is leading and guiding, and if He is even there. In those moments, look back to the promise and hold fast to the Promiser. 

John 4:27-42. Jesus meets a woman at the well and introduces His disciples to an unexpected harvest. The Lord calls us to see the unexpected harvest He is bringing in. 

Ephesians 2:11-16. Paul describes the seismic shift Christ accomplished in His death for our circumstances. Though His death and resurrection is complete, Christ's work continues on through the proclamation of peace.

Deuteronomy 6:1-9. Moses instructs God's people to not only give themselves to the hearing of God's Word, but to make it a part of their everyday lives and to teach it to others. Though we look for loopholes to write ourselves out of responsibility in these verses, the Word of God remains, giving us instruction.

Isaiah 63:7-14. After catching a glimpse of the coming wrath of God, Isaiah offers a lament anchored in the promises and the character of God. The passage provides us with both a warning and a pattern to follow as we consider how this text applies to us today.

Isaiah 9:6-7. Isaiah prophesies of a gift coming that will change the world. Over two millennia later, we ask ourselves has anything really changed? This promised gift has come, and still comes to us today. In doing so, He continues to be the gift that changes everything.

Isaiah 2:1-4. Isaiah prophesies of a glorious time when people will come to the Lord. In his context, that's certainly not his current experience. It may appear to be no different than Isaiah's day today, but is it?

Matthew 11:11-15. Jesus corrects a misunderstanding about the Kingdom of God and its present state. It's not what we expected, yet. There's coming a day when God's Kingdom comes in its fullness where we shall see it in all its glory.

Luke 12:35-40. Jesus tells His disciples to be ready for His return. For those who are ready and waiting, His return will be a blessing.

John 18:33-37. As Pilate interrogates Jesus to find out if He is a king. Jesus describes His kingship as other worldly, and one that Pilate, and the Jews, are powerless to prevent. The Kingdom of God isn't intent on overthrowing earthly kingdoms, it seeks to bring life and freedom to those who are enslaved and dead. Christ came to establish His kingdom and let you know that His kingdom is for you.
