Deep Cuts With Jonathan

Today's grab-bag-of-sorts showcases lots of males who rock. Jonathan and Richard have brought for you records by Bob Dylan, Dr. John, Clapton, Brewer and Shipley, and Tom Waits... and that's not all.

Jonathan and Richard bring another eclectic lineup of songs to keep the warm springtime vibe alive. They've got everything from Stevie Wonder and U2 to Cream and Oingo Boingo.

This is a funky, fun show to make you move your body with the eclectic range you know and love here on Deep Cuts. On the racks today: Elvis Costello, Gorillaz, Jamiroquai, The Crystal Method... tune in and dance out!

Jonathan and Richard play a few Bowie records, with all sorts of one-offs in between. There's a little bit of a British theme going, too, with The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Van Morrison, and Cat Stevens.

Caroline's back with another Deadtober guest (although it is now March). She hosts a phone interview with Dave, longtime Deadhead and manager of Blues Traveler. We also spin some tracks from The Day of the Dead compilation, Shakedown Street , and more.

Jonathans sets the mood with a new Bob Dylan Basement Tapes release - Lost on the River: The New Basement Tapes. This release boasts production credit by T-Bone Burnett and features an epic supergroup giving new life to Dylan's songs.

She recently published her photographic memoir, "Alive with the Dead: Or A Fly on the Wall with a Camera". Hear her stories with the band, and the unforgettable moment as Jerry Garcia gave her away at her wedding.

It is time yet again for an epic Vinyl Throwdown. Jonathan and Richard throw down with some of the deepest cuts from their respective record collections, competing to see who has the coolest stuff. Serious rocking will be had from the likes of Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Johnny Cash, and Mercury Rev. Who will be crowned champion today?
