Death and Aliens

Mon and MK finally got to an episode of Season 3 of Hemlock Grove that we actually really liked. Maybe the best episode of the show so far in some ways. Join us as we start the final descent into the end of this show!

On this weeks episode of Hemlock Grove, things get really weird. MK and Monie talk about fangirling over Dr. Pryce, Michigan J. Frog, and why Shelley is still the best part of this show.

This episode was the longest and possibly most bizarre episode yet, but it wasn't all bad. We've got some Loki connections, some Twilight references and Pryce losing his GD mind. We also have a vampire zombie army. I'll let y'all take a guess how we feel about that.

Somehow episode 2  of Hemlock Grove season 3 seemed like it was 6 years long, and it was a lot to talk about. We finally may be dealing with the Aliens part of Death and Aliens, and Vlad is a major part of the episode, so we're not mad about it.

Hemlock Grove season 3 is going to be a wild ride, so buckle up. We've got Bill Clinton jokes,  2008 haircuts, and more bad CGI than you can shake a stick at. Join MK and Monie as we try and make it through the final season of this "wonderful" show.

This week Mon and MK talk about the 2020 film, Rebecca. Actually, we mostly talk about The Buffalo Bills and playoff Football, but we pretend we're talking about the movie. It's a ride, and we're very sorry.

The streak continues as Hemlock Grove season 2 is actually surprisingly good! MK and Monie have a ton of fun with this episode. We also just want to apologize for the sound quality in this one. Monie was having some trouble with her sound! 

For the first time in season 2, the girls actually really liked the episode! We get into what that means for the long run of the show, are favorite characters returning, and why the metric system is superior to whatever it is America is currently using.

MK and Monie discuss their dream weddings, car accidents and why Olivia's emotional journey in season two may be the best thing Hemlock Grove has given us yet!

Season 2 of Hemlock Grove is here!! There's definitely a tonal switch in the show, and we're still not quite sure how we feel about it, but we laughed a lot trying to figure it out.

To celebrate Halloweekend, MK and Monie talk about the classic horror film "Halloween." As usual, the tangents are real and the girls go in on horror movies as a whole, things that scare them, and how on earth the 70's even existed. Happy Halloween!
