Death and Aliens

We've got a shorter episode this week because the episode was only meh, and the heat was honestly too much to even get through an hour of recording. Is summer over yet?

MK and Mon review what we can only call a spectacularly mediocre episode of Kolchak. Mostly, we talk about emo bands we love, and weird animals.

MK and Mon are giving off the most chaotic energy ever. If you ever wanted to know how Kolchak and the office are the same show,  why Harambe was killed or how MK fits in the six degrees of Kevin Bacon formula, have we got a show for you.

MK and Mon started using some new equipment, and there were definitely some learning curves. The episode of Kolchak was also not our favorite, but it was definitely fun to talk about.

In *hopefully* the last episode we film in our mess of summer travel, MK and Mon talk about what might be the best episode of Kolchak yet! We had a great time watching this one. Hopefully you enjoy it too!

This week MK and Monie are reunited briefly between trips, and get to sit down together to talk about the next episode of Kolchak. The episode has some fun interruptions by our annoying family who is trying to get ready to move away from home. We hope you enjoy the next few travel episodes, because there's some big, fun changes coming up when summer vacation is over! 

The best Kolchak episode yet, and MK and Mon are loving it!! With all the summer traveling, we didn't have the easiest time recording, but it was worth it for this episode. 

DNA celebrates it's one year anniversary with what might be the most difficult episode so far. We touch on some pretty sensitive topics of treatment of Indigenous Peoples in film, so please be aware of that. Thank you for your support for the last year!!

This week's episode of Kolchak is all about political intrigue, and if it sounds like that's a topic we shouldn't really be talking about, you're absolutely right. 

This week, MK and Mon are back to doing this on their own, after the chaos of last week. Unfortunately, their week has been pretty chaotic again, so it's a little short again. We talk about spontaneous human combustion and soap operas though, so that's cool. 

In honor of Father's Day, we bring you special guests, our dads! It's a long one, but they have a lot to say, and we love to share the people we learned the most from with you.

MK and Mon talk about vampires this week, which surprises absolutely no one. We also discuss Buddhism, Boy Meets World and how HIV works. You'll have to listen to even begin to understand. 

MK and Mon get their first alien episode of Death and Aliens! We talk about Kolchak episode 3, Radium Girls, and whether aliens have ever come to earth.

This week on Kolchak we get down and dirty with Zombies, Voodoo, and Gang Wars.

MK and Mon begin the TV series of Kolchak: The Night Stalker. We're starting off with Jack the Ripper, blue hair, and the deep question of whether or not Nicholas Cage is actually leading the illuminati.

MK and Mon talk about the second Kolchak movie, The Night Strangler. We're really loving Kolchak and we could hang out in the 70's horror world forever!

MK and Mon are reunited and back at it with our new series. We review Kolchak: The Night Stalker, and it is so much fun! The laughs are in high supply this time around, so hang on tight! 

While MK is flying halfway across the world, enjoy this minisode of random bloopers and outtakes, and get a sneak peak of what really goes on when we try to film literally anything.

Here is it, at last. The series finale of Hemlock Grove. It will come as a shock to absolutely no one, that once again, we have been let down by a season finale. Luckily, we don't have to watch this show anymore!

MK and Monie got real weird this week as we talk about the hardest episode of Hemlock Grove to watch yet. Death is inevitable, and even welcome (as you can see by our name), but this one was a beast. We also announce our new award show coming up, where we give out our own TV awards for Hemlock Grove as the series comes to a close. Give us all your nominations and award categories!

Things are winding down for Hemlock Grove, and we'll be honest, it's not great. This episode might just be one of the most boring we've had to watch. Luckily, we're not boring.

MK and Monie talk about Hemlock Grove Season 3 Episode 7, or at least pretend to. We'll be honest, this is actually just an episode about TikTok and Marvel. Things are heading toward the end of the show and we have our first really big death this episode, so things will only get more real from here.
