Seattle has been totally condemned, and the West Coast is in full retreat. Cottle County is in a state of disarray as events in the week before have the SFC backfooted and trying to flee the county. People have fled and hunkered down anywhere they can, but despite the worsening circumstances, Billy and Whitney still find themselves in the recording room for what could be their final episode.

Another week has gone by, and nothing seems to be getting better. Infection rates and the symptoms of the infected are worsening. The SFC is becoming more active with aggressive tactics, going door to door for wellness checks, as well as sending armed nightly patrols.
