When I started this show, I had no clear direction — no perfect plan, no “ideal guest.”   So, I committed to recording 21 episodes and figured if something clicked, I’d keep going. Around episode 12, a guest flipped the script and started asking me the hard questions. I was terrified to publish it — but I’d be a hypocrite to ask for people’s truth if I wasn’t willing to give mine.   Then a 17-year-old approached me at the gym after hearing my story.
