My name is Daeva Miles and I am a dancer and vegan chef. I created Dancing in the Kitchen as a platform to share my life challenges and experiences in hopes to help motivate others. I also love discussing topics regarding mental and physical health. I would love to help others tap into their potential through the power of their minds.
