So I was a part of the March in Newyork city and my experience really got me emotional.

If we want people to be happy for us and celebrate with us when something good happens, we should also do the same. I strongly believe this will eradicate the hate and jealousy that overcomes us.

Regardless of what the media has said or what people have experienced, don't let it stop you from finding out what a relationship with God is about.

Regardless of what you hear or see in the news there is always something positive. That positive news is the fact that you are alive and there is hope for good things to happen.

I am sharing a short story about how my decision to help a young man helped my mother in return.

It's a good thing to celebrate those who have done great things for others too.

As women, there is strength in owning up to our mistakes. Stop the blame and victim game. Sometimes, we should accept the fact that we did something wrong and do all we can to fix it.

We need to pay closer attention to what are kids are doing. There are some things that we should not take for granted or ignore.

The moment I started thinking of ways to help others, the better I felt about my life. It changed everything for me and I know it will help you too.

No matter how many times you hear the word NO, Or how many times you get rejected, don't let it control your whole week. Do something you love and do something to help others. You will have the sense of fulfillment and joy. I tried it today and it worked.

As we talk about the ME TOO movement and TIME'S UP, let us remember that children go through a lot of abuse. The most dangerous are the ones we cannot see physically. Have you ever heard of EMOTIONAL NEGLECT?

Tired of the Twitter fight about Justin Timberlake. There are more life threatening issues to deal with. Don't start your week with this unnecessary fight. Move on.
