The final member of Team Tentacle, Juli, is out on the lamb, wandering the wastes of long abandoned city limits office blocks. Nox is busy making friends and influencing people at the illegal street race he's found his way into the background of. His wheeling and dealing may have found him some people who can help take care of the stolen car problem he's got on his hands but can he hold back his impulse to screw other people over long enough to get what he needs?
