A Home Unbroken Christmas is supposed to feel like coming home, but for many of us, home is complicated carrying both deep joy and deep wounds. This week our sermon will look at Isaiah 66 to show our blessings of accountability, reconciliation, and unity in our forever home built by the sacrifice of Jesus.

What do we do with joy that overflows? We’re in the last week of our Joy Sermon Series where we’ve discovered that joy comes from the Lord even in the midst of suffering. Now, we’re called to respond to that joy from God and let it overflow from us to those around us. We’re challenged to overflow and give until it makes us uncomfortable for the sake of the Kingdom.

Life’s trials can drain our happiness, but not our joy. God’s promises anchor us in lasting joy, even when the road is hard.

The Source of Joy We spend our whole lives hunting for joy, and we often look in all the wrong places. But what we learn from the Scriptures is that joy comes from being in the presence of our Savior and being the recipient of His grace. 

Expect people to want to make the Christian life FIT into their own opinions, thoughts and feelings, and understanding rather than seeing the Christian life founded on the Word, centered in the cross, motivated in agape love for all.

We live in a world where everyone defines their own truth. But we have something better. All Scripture is God-breathed and makes us wise for salvation. We shouldn't expect Scripture to conform with our worldview, but to shape it.

There is a challenge of maintaining a Christ-centered witness in a world prone to arguments and division. This Sunday, we remember that our goal isn't to prove others wrong, but to point them to Jesus. He's the One who loved us enough to die for us while we were still His enemies.

Shortcuts are fun aren’t they? It’s great to find a way around traffic or a great cooking hack. However, we can’t take shortcuts in our faith. God calls us to endure in the faith through Christ. This weekend, we’ll look at 2 Timothy 2: 1-13 where Paul encourages us to endure as he has endured for the sake of the gospel. 

Even when we face opposition, we're called to stand firm in the Gospel. Thankfully, it's not our own strength that sustains us, but the power of God. He chose us, saved us, and calls us to share His message of grace and redemption.

God is a sending God. He sent prophets to the Israelites to turn back to them. The Father sent Jesus into the world, and in John 20:21, we are reminded that we are also sent by the Father. 

This week's sermon explores God's heart of forgiveness and how it contrasts with our human tendency towards bitterness.

God’s heart longs to instruct His people, grounding us in His Word that gives eternal life.

As we begin our sermon series on the "Heart of God", we look at His heart of provision. When anxiety creeps in, look to the cross. Christ has carried your worries and won you peace. 

Paul urges believers to stand firm in the freedom Christ has given them, warning that turning back to reliance on good works as a requirement for salvation would make Christ's sacrifice of no value to them.

In Malachi, we see that God takes our sin seriously and acts to refine and cleanse us, not to destroy us but to restore us.

As we explore the book of Zechariah, we are reminded that no matter how filthy we feel, God's love is greater than our sin. He silences our accuser and transforms us from the accused to the acquitted.

On our own, the unknown future is terrifying. But the Lord goes with us always—strong to save, faithful to His promises in Christ.

Are you prioritizing God or just fitting Him in? Haggai reminds us: Put God first, not someday, but now. When we do, He promises to be with us. Even small acts of faith matter. Trust Him when results seem underwhelming.  

Is it okay to pray to Jesus with all kinds of questions, doubts, even with anger and confusion? Habakkuk shows us that praying goes all the way from questions to exclamation points, from doubts to solid faith in God’s Word. Just because our faith  FEELS  shaky, does not mean that our faith  IS  shaky.
