This podcast aims to help you heal from the inside out (softening your heart), rebuild the family concept, raise children with morals and life-sustaining principles, fulfill your divine purpose, and achieve and sustain the best health possible. Through self-awareness, I help you break the generational cycle of pain by shining lights on the thoughts that created it. In addition, I help you prepare the soil and replant the Truths within you for a continued harvest of Spiritual fruit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22).

Heal from the Inside Out Series #21: With the Medicine that Changes How You Experience and See Life Events 07.03.2025

Many things (e.g., food, exercise, relationships, bigger cars, houses, bank accounts, etc.) offer temporary relief of the pain we feel inside, whether it numbs you or gives you a false sense of assurance, identity, and purpose. Whatever product we use consistently has its consequences. However, true healing from potentially painful and traumatic experiences doesn't come from the outside but has it...

The Seeds We Plant Series #53: The Call to Action to Re-Plant Virtuous Seeds 26.02.2025

Violence in any form doesn't happen overnight. Thoughts lead to beliefs, and beliefs lead to action and eventually habitual behavior. We receive seeds daily (e.g., at work, school, home, on the streets, organization, news, etc.). Yet, it is our divine right to protect our inner garden and help children do the same. Listen now as I urge you to reclaim your power as a gardener and replant virtuous s...

The Seeds We Plant Series #52: Forgiveness and the Cycle of Pain 18.12.2024

It's not common to look to others to break the cycle of pain, to acknowledge what they did or didn't do to us, apologize for their behavior, or even change their hurtful actions. However, forgiveness, despite acknowledgment, an apology, and a change of heart, is an essential component to breaking the cycle of pain. We no longer expend unhealthy energy and thoughts. We don't stay in unproductive st...

Heal from the Inside Out Series #20: Psalm 46:10 "Be Still and Know that I am God." 01.12.2024

Sometimes, we associate “stillness” with imprisonment, confinement, or powerlessness. We grab eternal things (e.g., drugs, medications, food, exercise, etc.) to soothe our wounds. However, when we remain still and trust that God is doing His perfect work through our life events, we break free of the limitations that often hold us back from expressing the truth we are here to unfold.  Stillness is...

Are you keeping yourself in a painful state with your thoughts, feelings, and perceived identity? The Seeds We Plant Series #51: Through the Eyes of a Child 20.11.2024

Do you see pain or love? Do you see innocence, playfulness, and curiosity? Do you see our Creator?  Children are closer to our Creator in spirit, for the world’s standards have not socialized them. No child comes here to hate, divide, or judge others based on their divine difference. However, our perceptions of life often leave us bitter, stagnant, and unable to see our true selves. Let us be remi...

Heal from the Inside Out Series #17: How much power have you given to pain? 10.11.2024

What we deem as powerful often wins. Do you believe more in the power of discomfort, dis-ease, painful experiences than of healing and enjoying the gift of life? In Heal from the Inside Out Series #16: How much power have you given to Pain?, I share my thoughs on "it" (pain) and how it's important to keep our eyes on what we want in life. Looking at today’s world events, we can’t help but wonder what is causing so much turmoil, especially among those who appear to have it all. Is it too much money? Is money evil, then? Or, are the events we experience, read, and see the result of seeds that have sprouted and blossomed within us?...

The Seeds We Plant #17: Choose Freedom over Imprisonment 01.11.2024

What does freedom look like to you? Is it because you are not behind bars or in jail that you consider yourself free? Do you consider yourself free to eat, do, and wear what you want? But what about when you allow your emotions and feelings to deter you from a clear mind (emotional and mental bondage)? Are you still free when you allow your emotions and feelings to keep you in the past? To conside...
