CRASH, Luis Miguel Salinas's Story

The area that Luis Miguel Salinas grew up in is Westlake Los Angeles. In this episode of CRASH Luis talks takes us through the streets of his old neighborhood highlighting where the crime took place, were his chase with the police went and he explains the various gangs in that neighborhood.
