POOP!!! What a subject.... I am so sorry for the silliness and all the laughter. BUT...it is a serious matter. Just an FYI, there is language at the end of the podcast. Smiling to Hide the Tears - Episode 12 17.05.2020

I am really, REALLY bad about smiling when everything is not okay. Pain, depression, anxiety. I smile and laugh them away, when I should be expressing my emotions. When I should be crying.  I think Hiro Mashima said it best  “The worst kind of pain is when you are smiling just to keep the tears from smiling”
